If you've been following the story about a trans man and high school student who was kicked out of the school play in my town then you'll be happy to know that after a bunch of people showed up at the SISD board meeting they decided to reinstate and issue a formal apology. https://www.kxii.com/2023/11/14/sherman-isd-board-trustees-votes-reinstate-original-cast-version-oklahoma/ Sorry if I did this wrong I'm old and trying to learn how to use Lemmy better.
