Granted. The physiological changes humans undergo to achieve this are disgusting to most humans, such as the detachable jawbone and extra skin. The only people that can reproduce naturally anymore are people into vore. They completely dominate world culture in two generations. Politics and economics get super weird. An underclass of humans are raised to be swallowed and regurgitated over and over, underpaid to ensure they can never get enough power to change their circumstances. "Eat the poor" has become a popular saying among the upper class.
