I think we alread know, that Temu is fraudulent. They pay 30 bucks for every order out ouf their hand. The app itself is malicious and should be able to execute any command from the Temu servers. The German news website heise.de had an article about that.

Also the dev team is thr same as the one behind Pindonduo, a malicious app that was taken off the Play store a few months prior, literally both were made by the exact same team of the same 100 developers. Here's a report in English: https://grizzlyreports.com/we-believe-pdd-is-a-dying-fraudulent-company-and-its-shopping-app-temu-is-cleverly-hidden-spyware-that-poses-an-urgent-security-threat-to-u-s-national-interests/
Just avoid temu dude. Bad for the planet, bad for people, just avoid
I’m sure their infrastructure includes various GOL software, like most tech/ecommerce companies. China is not known for caring much about copyright (or copyleft) and I doubt if they provide much information about that. I’m not sure why you think it would help indicate how much personal information they’re storing from people, and in any event, I think we can assume they at least store the same sort of info about customers and web visitors as sites like Amazon or Google.
Everyone uses open source software.
