No mitigating circumstances

Fuel leak
Pump failure but there still being fuel that could manually taken by taking tank out would result in less of a punishment. This sounds like there wasnβt 1L of fuel to extract for testing but the parts worked
Rogue criminal siphoning off the remaining fuel.
Does that classify him at the back of the running cars? Or does that throw him behind everyone, including DNFs?
Since he was disqualified and then allowed to compete in the race after a request from Alfa, my assumption is that he would start P20 no matter what
That would make sense. Still sucks for him, though his showing wasn't all that strong to begin with today...
So... They just forgot to refuel him?
