I feel this is a very important feature for fedi apps. I also wish there was a Mastodon app that lets you do this.

I agree; this is a very powerful feature of Liftoff that I haven't seen in other apps.

The ability to synchronize settings such as block lists and subscriptions between accounts would be most welcome as well.

Seems like that would make moderation next to impossible, I wonder how you’d tackle that.
