MODERATORS
He's one of maybe 3 YouTubers whose videos I will immediately click on when I see a new one. Gonna miss his content, it's always genuinely interesting.
So who are the other two?
I'm imagining him planning his vacation but making sure not to do anything that would make a good video. People who know him are suggesting off the beaten path attractions, ands just like no - I'm going to disney world.
Hopefully it's not permanent, I love his videos! But if he does decide to retire, he still has my support. The dude's absolutely earned a break from over a decade of grinding out videos.
Sounds like he'll still be working on other content, like Lateral, Technical Difficulties and Tom Scott Plus.
well deserved break for tom. hope he uses it for actually resting, and not for planning videos lol
Before anyone gets really bummed, his channel's not going away. He's just taking a much deserved break from ten years of weekly uploads (which is an absolutely insane record considering the quality of his content).
I can't blame him, but I'm gonna miss having a new video to watch during lunch every Monday from him!
End of an era honestly.
He has more than earned a break imo. I'll be sad to see him go for a while, as he's been one of my favorite creators for years now, but that's fine. I'm sure I'll survive.
