Enough Musk Spam

For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.

No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.

Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. This community is minimally moderated, so discussion and the power of upvotes/downvotes are allowed, provided lemmy.world rules are not broken.

Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

Tesla-specific discussion can be posted here as well as our sister community /c/RealTesla.

I mean it really takes a lot of assholery from everyone involved for me to not care about either of them or the child at this point.

He is broken, and he loves it that way.

Don't expect him to change.

You know what, fuck St. Claire too. America doesn't need Musk to "grow up." America needs to realize that it needs Musk to be held accountable for treason and dismantling the government for personal profit and find the best gallows it can. America needs to fight for itself; it doesn't need Musk or his right-wing nutjob hoes.

We cannot possibly expect a segment of the population to not be unreasonably attracted to money. There are plenty of straight dudes who would bear the man's child if he asked.

The problem is more the money than the musk. We have to kill the money.

Fun fact: a "general strike" is a citizen-led action that shuts down all production in a country, it's almost as damaging as an actual war. Factories grind to a halt, computer servers shut down, ships drop anchor, stores close their doors, trucks stop moving. Money stops flowing. It's borderline apocalyptic. They fear this more than performative marches with guillotines, because we can actually do actions like strikes without the police shooting us.

Yep. He has to only have sons, so he has to go the IVF route.

America needs something else to happen, because he isn't going to grow up or suddenly start making choices with anyone but himself in mind.

Look at the engagement metrics, and it’s still better to her than most.

People have got to stop thinking they can “push back” on Twitter when it’s literally built to platform and support Musk, no matter what you do. It’s not a fair forum, it’s an algorithmic feed.

Don’t feed the trolls.

How is it that he's this much of a loser, but still controls the world.

Correction... The world would like Elon to just not be important or known in any way.
