Oh, that's beautiful. I used to see them daily when I lived in Nottinghamshire, UK. Since moving to the home counties, I've seen a kingfisher exactly twice in 20 years. Both times I was absolutely overcome by their beauty. That flash of blue that leads on in...

@[email protected] II know the feeling. I saw 2 in my first two years of photographing birds, but I've seen about 12 since Christmas this year 😀
