your internet provider might be blocking connections to mullvad's proxies
Do you have any other VPN to use as well? Like Proton or iVPN? See if the problem happens with that too and then that will rule a few things out depending on what happens
Then again, if you're using wifi, maybe the connection to your router is being blocked or interfered with in some way by something in your house?
