Watched this video a few times. I couldn’t tie one of these if my life depended on it…which is pretty ironic considering the knot
I read your comment before the watching, and then had the opposite reaction. I'm surprised at how simple it was for such a versatile knot.
I watched it a couple of months ago. I suppose my inability to make it today has more to do with never trying or practicing once
It's not too bad once you practice it a couple of times. And since it be like it do, it's almost impossible to cause a knot that's difficult to get out. You can form the basic shape of it with it being fairly loose, then "dress" it to tighten it up to make it usable.
