I just added it, it's at the bottom of the settings page for me. It's a bit awkward to add. You have to copy the TOTP URL and paste it into your app of choice, and unlike other 2FA flows I'm familiar with, you don't enter a TOTP to confirm that you've configured 2FA - it's just on once you check the box and click save. So definitely don't log out until you save the TOTP secret somewhere.

Thank you. I've found it and turned it on successfully. Only slight issue is Jerboa doesn't seem to like 2FA, so I can't log back into the app ๐ , No biggie though, everything's still new
You might also want to save that in a second place then if it does not have any mechanism to fall back on if you lose your primary 2FA token or device with your 2FA app on it.
I was just looking at the changes and there is a commit to add 2FA support.
Here are the diffs (0.18.0 vs 0.17.4)
Look at the footer on your home instance to see if they are running 0.18.0 or 0.17.4. If 18, you should see 2FA settings somewhere.
