Given hurricanes tend to destroy wind mills, they will have to be beefy af.

It's already an outdated technology before it's even deployed.

I'll just leave this link here, it speaks for itself. Much smaller size, and engineered and designed in a totally different way that should be able to function in basically any wind speeds...

With Harmony Turbines, they start operating with winds as little as 1 to 2 miles per hour, with winds from any direction. And with their furling mechanism, they can continue working through winds of practically any speed.

Edit: They also take up far less land space.
