Well that seems to have worked like a charm in terms of sending Denji off the rails.
The fuck is public safety up to?
Denji has gotten weaker since less people fear chainsaws and him. Since he's the only devil capable of permanently killing other devils, they seem to be trying to force the fear of him back by any means. They need him strong.
I got that. But their methods seem haphazard and self-contradicting.
I'm asking wtf their plan is.
Probably to grow denji and clear chaff. War is on their doorstep, they are running out of time.
