Today I have one day off work. There are TWO things I NEED to do, and ONE thing I WANT to do. But so far I have done none of those things.

Update 2 days later: Last night I finally did the thing I WANTED to do. I still haven't done the 2 things I NEED to do ๐Ÿ˜„ In fact I've already forgotten what one of them was, but the other was laundry. Maybe I'll do laundry tomorrow.

I set it in Google calendar with a notification 15 minutes before I need to call. I struggled a lot more before smartphones, and I still wonder if that pda I wanted in grade school would have actually helped.

On a side note, anyone know a reliable FOSS replacement for Google calendar?

Fossify apps. There is a whole suite, all of them high quality standard apps and Foss too. You can find it on fdroid

They are great, I use the calendar together with Nextcloud to get a private online calendar

Protip set alarms for everything. Then you donโ€™t have to worry about trying to remember things. Itโ€™s not a silver bullet but works fairly well for me

Works for me as well except for when I forget to set an alarm lol. I use TickTick (not to be confused with TiKTok) for all my tasks and appointments :)
