Former President Cheeto legalized weed with the 2018 farm bill. A few states have specifically outlawed it, but Texas isn't one of them. Check out the websites for flow gardens, holy city, eight horses hemp, hoku seed co, secret nature, .... It just shows up in your mailbox.
