We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.
Oh, neat. Do gender next.
That is why it is transgender and not transexual. Even then, if you consider sex as "binary", sex is stored as multiple bits encoded as X/Y chromosomes as opposed to 0/1 states and atypical chromosome storage leads to intersex and other anomalies.
Seems like a good 30% of conservative dialogue these days is talking about penises. Who cares, get over it.
There are some actual good conservative arguments... stick with those.
Of course it is, you either get sex or you don't.
The survey is of academics across all disciplines so there is no particularly good reason to treat their views on the topic with particular importance.
There's also this:
58 per cent of respondents think sex is binary, except in rare cases such as intersex individuals
So they're only saying it's mostly binary.
(Censuswide, who ran the survey, as are members of the British Polling Council so we can at least expect them to have run the survey reasonably.)
