Vampire Survivors, and Pico-8 games via Emudeck. Once I'm bored of those I plan to spend a bit more time with Snowrunner. I've never really got into it, but it looks like my sort of game.

Anyone running Xenia ? How does it perform ? Thats the platform I'm most excited to emulate.
Stardew Valley has been my go-to so far, along with lots of old puzzle games (Portal 1/2, Myst, etc.) and the early Lego games, namely Lego Star Wars
Lego StarWars ❤️❤️❤️ I loved it already as a kid and it's still one of the games I like to play from time to time. It's so nice that it's made in a way that you can play in coop with people who never used to game before but it's also fun for someone who has a fair share of gaming experience and it's still fun for everyone.
SD player here ! I'm playing TOTK and The cult of the lamb since a few weeks now :)
I've been playing octopath traveler 2 and hi fi rush. I wish it was a bit smaller though. After playing Zelda on my switch it reminded me how unwieldy it can be.
I’ve been playing Prey, loving it so far. After that I want to get back into Witcher 3
I'm finally making my way through all the MegaMan X games. I only ever beat the first one as a kid, so there's a lot for me to explore. I'm still beating my head against X2, so it's not going super well...
I have played some "lighter" titles like Journey (originally a PS exclusive), Little Nightmares and Crossing Souls. It's really nice to be able to play PC games on the go and (although I've not yet played AAA games on it) am quite pleased with it's performance.
I'm currently in Chapter 1 of Trails of Cold Steel. I love being able to play this game on the go (outside of the Vita version), especially since we'll likely never get the Switch port. I've played through the first 5 Trails games this year so far and I'm hoping I don't burn out too soon.
Steam Deck install base: less than 2 million
Nintendo Switch install base: 125+ million
But by all means let's talk about Steam Deck.
Here we go again...
Just wondering, has anyone tried installing windows on it? From my experience using with dual boot, windows give much more fps stability like not getting mini lag etc. on games.
When I have the chance to pick up and play these days it's usually Diablo IV. Just prior to that I was replaying through the original Marvel Ultimate Alliance with the absolutely insane roster mod (increases the roster to something like 50 heroes and unlocks them, and the custom team building / team perks system all from the start). Decided to run an all girl team lead by Jean Grey and Rogue.
I've been using it to play a lot of nostalgic games I haven't gotten around to revisiting yet, recently Burnout 3, classic Minecraft, and PSP homebrew. I hope to continue that trend by filling in some RPGMaker games I really liked, but I've actually been using it more in desktop mode as a companion for my drawing tablet than for gaming lol
Dead Cells, and it's fantastic. It feels like the Steamdeck is made for platformers.
I'm using the Steam Deck to play games, that work well with controller and where I want to get all the achievements. Like Bloodstained, Forager, Graveyard Keeper and such. These are all games that you can play very well on the steam deck and every time I'm lying on the couch I can play a few hours to get a bit closer to all achievements of that game :-)
I absolutely love the steam deck. I bounce around games, the most recent new release I played was Hogwarts Legacy. More recently I've been using it as like background occupation to listen to podcasts and have been playing euro truck sim 2 and American truck sim. It's also gotten me back into Elite: Dangerous so I should probably finish that exploration route I had set up. I also very almost finished Celeste (like I'm on the final level), so I should probably go back and finish that. Like I said, I bounce around lol.
Playing next I'm not really sure, I bought KSP2 on launch day but wasn't really able to run it, but the new updates seem to have majorly improved performance so I'll try that when I next feel like it.
Had just gotten into AC:Valhalla, but then Diablo 4 cane out and has worked flawlessly, so I've been all in on it.
Love my Deck. Been playing Tetris and Robin Morningwood! :) 🏳️🌈
Playing Divinity Original Sin 2, great controls on steam deck.
I've been playing through Mark of the Ninja Remastered. It works pretty well after you switch to Proton, as the native version has some bugs and crashes.
Before that, the previous game I played through on the Deck was A Short Hike, which is incredibly cute.
Currently working my way through botw. I know it's old at this point but I have never played before. Also cyberpunk 2077. I started and never finished. I want to be ready for the dlc that is coming out soon
