Wow, first time I've seen that! I'm currently half-kneeling on my chair, so I'm kind of intrigued.

Yes, but they were excellent for kneeling on backwards, with your chest on the seat when you, uh, had need of that particular position for whatever reason.

It really does work well. Just make sure you're facing a wall or can grab onto the desk. Otherwise you squeaky scoot across the room a little bit with every thrust
With ass on the knee part or backwards bend over, shoulders on the knee part?
Knees on the knee part, chest/stomach on the ass part, palms flat on the wall, special friend behind you.
