If you have never lost someone you truly loved his comment might seem just callous. If you have though, his comment is truly heinous. People lost their lives, people lost loved ones in their lives, this is not a “move on” sort of thing. Their life is forever changed, you can’t get back the life you had before, that previous life is over and your fucking candidate tells you to move on

Also, sometimes people do need a little push to start building their new life after a tragedy. But that's not "move on" and it certainly isn't less than two days later. How the fuck are you supposed to move on before you've even laid the children to rest?
