2. Add the name of the show in the square brackets in the title or use [Original] for an original artwork

3. Credit the artist in the comments if the GIF is not clipped from an anime

A tip for posting GIFs on Lemmy:

Convert GIF/MP4 to WebP and post it as an externally hosted link (uploading WebP to Lemmy is buggy now).

You can convert it using Ezgif or FFmpeg:

ffmpeg -i "%file_name%.gif" -vcodec webp -loop 0 -pix_fmt yuva420p "%file_name%.webp"
