The former for sure 🤣 my headcannon is that @[email protected] is running this off of a server in a corner that his bosses rarely check.

I'm here because my first thought it was a funny reference to Todd Howard. And while I like your head canon, I hope @[email protected] never disclose it, so it stays unclear just for the lulz
