The farm bill allows thc testing to occur 30 days pre harvest - when many cannabinoids have not yet formed (they all begin as cbg and become cbda, thca, etc. during later growth) and showing it to be labeled hemp. Post-harvest testing is only for delta 9 thc which is what thca become when heated, but thca is not limited. You can search for high THCA products but be careful because there are lots of scammers. People sometimes call it a loophole, but it's obviously intentional. I love that this bill was written by people who wanted it legal and then Trump signed it (knowing or not knowing?). One more thing - big canna is apparently just as bad as big pharma and has begun fighting against hemp farmers/vendors.
