The sixth component is that both countries must ensure the export of grain and fertilisers. The leader of South Africa noted that "one of the reasons for coming here was that Africa is also experiencing the negative consequences of this war. Grains? What grains? The grains that were supposed to grow in the flooded areas? The grains that were supposed to grow irrigated with water from the dam?

Yeah the lack of irrigation and wilder summers might cause literal deserts in the south of the country in the next couple of years.
