Hi Folks, I tried to get Spiderman Miles Morales to run on the Deck. But sometimes when I load the game it freezes after the PlayStation Logo loading into the main menu, or after loading the savegame it crashes or gets 5-8 FPS. Settings are at very low ( couldn't change after applied).

Does anyone got a helpful idea?

On protondb one guy mentioned that a full uninstall reinstall (not "check game files") helped him with a "wouldn't get past loading screen" issue, but that doesn't quite sound the same as your issue.

Have you tried proton experimental?

Hi there, yeah I was also reading about that. Regarding the Proton Version … I was only using the default version and default settings for the Steam Deck. I also un and reinstalled the game but as long as I don’t change the Settings ist okay-ish but the moment I touch them it end’s up crashing.

GE is a must, my guy. Even verified games just run better 90% of the time. Valve is working on their own fork from what I've heard that's supposed to be curated for the deck
