I'm honestly a little torn on this because I generally love The Onion and hate Mitch McConnell, but poking fun at what very likely could be a medical issue seems kind of low.
I personally take great delight in the misfortunes of deplorable people.
It's pretty low brow humor when I've come to expect better from The Onion ๐คท
Oh no, a terrible person is being made fun of. Lemme clutch my pearls real quick.
My hot take is you don't hear people going "Oh you shouldn't make fun of Kim Jong Un, or Putin. But we should take the high road for Mitch? Nah.
I would argue that, in this case, we can specifically point and laugh at his brain rot on account of his direct attacks on public health during the AIDs crisis, COVID, and refusal to support universal healthcare.
That's right, btw, the AIDs crisis. The senile turtle took office under Reagan, just in time to help soft genocide gay folks through deliberate governmental neglect.
I hope he's braindead and they're puppeting him with a stick like Feinstein.
This is a valid opinion and I don't understand the downvotes.
