Amusing effect, suiting the subject. If you had the patience, some of the yellow on the building to the left presumably ought to be possible to mask out from having any colour.
Yep, if I did it in post I would do that, however, this is a builtin filter in the camera. A bit gimmicky, but I enjoy not having to do it in post, since I never get around to it, and the RAW-files just sit on my camera forever instead.
