I'm 19. And I don't watch movies and series at all and am not American, so maybe that's the reason why I haven't seen this before.

The first two are worth watching if you want a kinda sorta slasher movie. Not ground breaking like Light House or Vitch, but fun.

Yeah, these movies are the definition of "high concept", like it's an interesting premise like Speed has an interesting premise, it's not meant to be overly complicated or artsy or sophisticated, but at least it's just a kind of neat blockbuster, rather than more capeshit content.
