If you haven't realized that she and the rest of the staff have been running the show since 2020 you probably should have an ice cream and step aside as well.
Is this the most straightforward path to getting ice cream?
Not for nothing, but these things can be had on Craigslist and OfferUp for $20 all day long and are amazing.
You want a straightforward path? 2 cups heavy cream, 1 cup milk, 3/4 cup sugar - that's it, that's ice cream.
Flavor it how you like. Add a teaspoon of peppermint extract and some dark chocolate chips and you got Reddit's favorite flavor - toothpaste! But seriously, add 1 tsp cake batter flavor, some colored sprinkles and yellow cake bits and you got yoruself a KILLER birthday cake ice cream. Or just vanilla bean paste and vanilla extract for the classic. Or add a shot of espresso for your own coffee ice cream. The possibilities are endless.
Put the mix in this thing, churn for 25 minutes, remove to freezer safe containers and freeze overnight.
The great part is, one batch makes about two pints and costs like... $1.50 per pint. It's as good as the highest quality shit you can buy - and that stuff is like $6-7 a pint!
