We are honored to be able to once again host playoffs here at Interbay Stadium and put on an amazing weekend for our community,” Ballard FC co-founder and general manager Sam Zisette said in a statement. “We want to bring a USL2 championship home and it starts with a win on Friday the 21st.”

Gates at 5:30p, USWNT match starts at 6p. Timing a little awkward with the Ballard FC kickoff at 7:30p, but guess I'll be watching the last 15-20 minutes of the World Cup match on my phone.

Ballard FC plays at 7:30 on Friday, July 21 (2nd match, after Park City Red Wolves FC vs Oly Town FC at 2 PM). Western Conference semifinal is Sunday, July 23 at 2 PM.

Wonder why the early game on Friday is at 2? If it had been at 4:30, I might have tried to get there, but I don't really want to kill three and a half hours between matches. Maybe to allow people to see most of the USWNT vs Vietnam (6PM PDT)?

Beautiful little 10 minute mini-doc on Peter Kingston, one of the top players on the team, and Lesia Thetsane, Ballard team captain and Lesotho senior international team player.

If you haven't been to a Ballard FC game yet you should definitely check it out. They are tons of fun and the team is quite good (one of the best in USL2).
