It's fine. Spinning up down problem is over thought by too many people. The only time you have an issue is when your power settings are so aggressive they spin the drive down after a few minutes of inactivity causing thousands of spin cycles.

A commanded power down is different from a power loss power down because in the latter heads are parked before the power down event and the drive doesn't need to use the spinning platter as a flywheel generator.
