I have a guy, he's amazing but he just does that. I have to be very careful to not to send him anything outside of normal work hours because he will spin up and do it and that's not what I want.
Because Florida can't do anything unless they get to piss people off.
Seriously, I pay for cable TV, I have subscriptions to Hulu, Disney Plus, and Netflix. Anything I watch or listen to that I think I might want to watch or listen to again is in my vault. I'll gladly stream Futurama and Wednesday. If anything happens where I need to unsubscribe for one of those services because of their actions, I will be missing nothing.

Some people want convenience of accessing the data between devices.
It's okay to store stuff in the cloud just make it's encrypted deeply and thoroughly and that the user is the only person with the key.
There's absolutely no reason for them to have access to this data.
