Just adding to this, this is because when online mode is enabled, the UUID is given to the server from the Minecraft authentication server. When it is disabled, the UUID is generated from the username.

For the longest time I used gnome-screenshot
via shortcuts that execute terminal commands. Nowadays, I use my dedicated print screen button (that probably just executes similar commands and uses gnome-screenshot on the background).
Been rocking Manjaro with Gnome for a long time, but then Plasma 6 came out, I switched over and couldn't be happier.
