We are digital librarians. Among us are represented the various reasons to keep data -- legal requirements, competitive requirements, uncertainty of permanence of cloud services, distaste for transmitting your data externally (e.g. government or corporate espionage), cultural and familial archivists, internet collapse preppers, and people who do it themselves so they're sure it's done right. Everyone has their reasons for curating the data they have decided to keep (either forever or For A Damn Long Time (tm) ). Along the way we have sought out like-minded individuals to exchange strategies, war stories, and cautionary tales of failures.

Hi!

Since Twitter Media Downloader doesn't work anymore, I wanted to ask if there is something that can achieve similar results (one CSV file with all tweets + a zip file of all media files)? I have tried WFDownloader but for some reason, it only downloaded ~800 tweets out of ~2k tweets on the account. It also doesn't seem to download the tweets' text, links, etc. Is there still a better way to do this?

did you follow their tutorial on their website? for large accounts more than 1k or to get the text you need to set it via its config for twitter. they also explained on this on twitter handle too.
