Yes Also Death Dealer... both by Frank Frazetta
I read Death Dealer when I was a kid just because of the art on the cover. Learned about Frazetta that way. It's been many years, but I remember the Horned Helmet. Fucking nuts!
And neither is from the 1980s.
Apparently there is a Frank Frazetta foundation made by his family with a YouTube channel called Frazetta Girls
Conan the BarbariVan
I bet they play Rush non stop.
Put more vans in art galleries! I want to see an airbrushed wizard on four wheels in the Louvre.
Free rpg zine van if I ever saw one
Lol, did you wake up today and go yeah its a van postin day today!
It really is the best day
I hope that one day the only fuel burning vehicles in the world are cool as shit ones like this.
Oddly enough I was just reading a book last night that made a joke about the bikini armor women have on fantasy airbrushed vans. Scott Meyer's Magic 2.0 series is hilarious if anyone is looking for a light-hearted read.
Artforum declares: sick AF
Mom had a black van airbrushed with dinosaurs. Little me loved that thing. Like this, it was tacky but extremely well done.
Nice art. But this is not a van that you want to see anywhere within 500 feet of a school or playground.
The art is by Frank Frazetta. Here's some more, if you're interested:

Oh I'm very much aware. In fact somewhere in my collection I've still got some death dealer art tucked away.
I'm just saying that back in my day, those vans were being typically driven by thirty to forty year olds with handlebar moustaches and mullets who would hang out around the highschool macking on the underage girls.
Those are super cool and there’s so many!
His work is truly iconic.
I'm about to buy a Toyota Sienna, and now I'm mega inspired to get it airbrushed
I mean, cool-van art is neat, but it'd be cooler if it was actually painted on there and not a photoshop. Also: side pipe exhaust is reeaaal convincing there.
