It's called the "click stand". A retired fellow in the US custom makes them. They are prefect for extreme loads, where a standard kickstand would break ๐
Looks very nice! How are the roads where you live? Is there a risk of the back wheel not surviving curbs and potholes?
Roads aren't great, neither are the trails ๐ That wheel has seen well over 1000km, with many similar grocery runs. But I'm cautious when carrying a load, and don't ride over curbs.
I am considering a proper touring wheel, but they would cost 2x more than what i paid for the bike ๐ค
