In honour of their upcoming Australian tour (and to get some activity here lol), how would everyone rank Haken's discography?

I love all their stuff, but for me...

  1. Affinity
  2. The Mountain
  3. Aquarius
  4. Vector
  5. Fauna
  6. Visions
  7. Enter the 5th Dimension
  8. Restoration
  9. Virus (still a fan, just not as much as the rest)

Most liked to least liked:

Visions

Restoration ep

Vector

Acquarius

The mountain

Affinity

Fauna

Virus

For me, Visions is elevated by the fact that it's a concept album with a neat story. You listed a couple albums on there that I'd not heard of, so I'll check them out. Thanks!

  1. Affinity - I like the concept and style
  2. Vector - Mainly for one or two songs that really hit the spot
  3. Visions
  4. Aquarius
  5. Virus
  6. The Mountain - Some very good songs, but it doesn't feel cohesive to me.
  7. Fauna

Haven't heard the others.

I don't really have a ranking, but my top 3 are probably The Mountain, Aquarius, and Affinity. Fauna is slowly climbing the ranks though.

I've list track of Haken recently.

Still love Aquarius and the mountain but never fell in love with the recent stuff (virus, etc). But I've not been up to date, at all!

Good to know they've been busy

I haven’t listened to much of Haken, where would you suggest I start?

The Mountain is probably their best and it's also pretty accessible.
