Weird News - Things that make you go 'hmmm'

Does anyone else find the whole "injured, arrested" style of writing headlines to be outdated and kind of jarring?

Sure it made sense when typesetters had limited characters on a page and all but in the internet age "injured and later arrested" just reads better.
