I, too, would want to be camouflaged if I worked at Tesla.

Elon Musk has denied a report that one of his companies, Tesla, has discussed sharing revenue with another of his companies, xAI, so that it can use the startup’s AI models.

Well, here’s a not-so-fun new twist in the search-and-seizure narrative. Car owners are being deprived of their vehicles just because cops think footage of a crime may have been captured by the car’s on-board cameras.

Maybe Hollywood can help smooth out Tesla’s rough edges.

It seems that the Ministry of Truth has been busy at Tesla. Some sharp-eyed folks, including reporters at Electrek, noticed that Tesla has deleted all of its blog posts prior to 2019. Those blog posts are a digital history of the company, covering everything from CEO Elon Musk’s original master plan, to the first Autopilot […]

It’s been more than a year since Tesla agreed to open its Supercharger network to electric vehicles from other automakers, like General Motors and Ford.

Interesting post I came across on [email protected]: https://futurology.today/post/2087579

There are rumours circulating that Tesla are having difficulty optimizing FSD supervised v12.5 for the Hardware 3 vehicles. I wonder if that hints that they think that true FSD (unsupervised) is possible only on vehicles with Hardware 4 or higher.

If this is the case, it seems like they are setting themselves up for a class-action lawsuit, and retroactively deleting the blog post doesn't change that.

Any ideas how they would resolve this? Retrofitting existing Hardware 3 vehicles may not be possible. Seems like the most realistic solution would be to offer FSD refunds to Hardware 3 owners, and/or allow FSD transfer to Hardware 4 vehicles.

In line with Elon Musk’s increasing rhetoric on X of going back to the good old days, Tesla looks like it’s finally getting ready to open its 1950s-style diner.

Despite all the regulatory flak, Tesla’s advanced driver assistance technologies are popular with owners, and there is no shortage of internet influencers with heavily-produced videos singing their praises. A new report from Business Insider (BI) suggests that those influencers and some of the company’s executives may have received preferential treatment during those “tests,” as the automaker may have assigned a higher level of human scrutiny to their routes over those of the general public.
